The Play Timer (the stopwatch used to make sure a player doesn't take too long to play) can be adjusted to between 5 and 60 seconds. This is the Play Timer:
The Play Timer can be activated by tapping the Play Timer button in bottom right of the tournament timer screen. The Play Timer button looks like a stopwatch. To close the Play Timer, tap the Play Timer button again.
The default duration of the Play Timer is 30 seconds. To adjust the default duration, do the following:
Tap the Play Timer button.
After the Play Timer opens, tap it to pause it.
With it paused, drag the spade to point to the time you want to start the timer at — any 5 second interval between 5 and 60 seconds.
Tap the Play Timer to start it again. The next time you tap the Play Timer button, the timer will start at the duration you set.
